We're looking for someone:

• With an efficiency mindset. If you want to work, or are fine working in an inefficient system, communicating through unnecessary bureaucratic hierarchies, etc. without thinking of the best way to improve it, this is not the place for you.

• Who is going to get their hands dirty and be in the trenches with their product team. We aren’t looking for managers.

• Who is obsessively focused on solving customer problems and delivering real value. If you are not willing to get on the phone with customers or future potential customers, do not apply.

• Who is agile and can pivot. Rigidity is not a trait we are looking for.

‍Responsibilities:

• Balance stakeholder requirements,feature requests, anticipated future business needs, and engineering execution constraints to deliver value in the form of measurable outcomes.

• Define and prioritize KMS capabilities with a focus on features that can provide value across multiple MPCH product offerings.

• Drive the development of core KMS functionalities, enhancements to existing features, working with engineering and product teams to create scalable and reliable KMS products.

• Improve the understanding of customer problems, issues and market opportunities by talking directly to the customers and end-users.

• Communicate strategy, progress, and challenges to leadership.

‍Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role

• Experience with and understanding of Key Management Services, Enterprise Applications, and Cryptography

• Direct working experience with AWS KMS, Google Cloud KMS, or other major KMS technology providers, HSMs and secure enclave technologies, and enterprise-scale APIs

• Experience taking a product from conception to market
