This position will be dedicated to supporting Ti22’s operational needs, ensuring the seamless delivery of mission-critical products and services.

About the Role

The Business Operations Specialist will be a crucial member of Ti22’s operations team, managing operational components such as logistics, physical security, cybersecurity, network security, and inventory management. This role is tailored for transitioning service members through the SkillBridge program who bring expertise in operations, logistics, or project management, and are looking to transition their military skills into a civilian career.

The Specialist will focus on analyzing and improving operational workflows, supporting customer onboarding, and ensuring alignment across Ti22’s strategic initiatives. With a security-conscious mindset, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, the Specialist will help maintain operational efficiency and enhance Ti22’s ability to deliver cutting-edge defense solutions.

Responsibilities:

·       Site Support:

• Travel to and from operational sites in the Northeast United States and occasionally the United Kingdom to support Ti22’s product operations and customer onboarding.

·       Customer Integration:

• Facilitate seamless integration of customers into Ti22’s secure product ecosystem, ensuring they understand the product’s capabilities and value.

·       Operational Analysis & Optimization:

• Analyze current operational workflows and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency, scalability, and security.

·       Process Documentation:

• Develop, update, and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation to ensure consistency across all operations.

·       Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and provide actionable insights for operational improvement.

·       Risk Management:

• Assess operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity in highly secure environments.

·       Collaboration:

• Work closely with teams across MPCH and Ti22, including Product, Technology, and Customer Success, to align and integrate operational processes.

·       Regulatory Compliance Integration:

• Ensure operational processes comply with defense industry regulations and standards, minimizing risks and facilitating collaboration with government regulators.

Qualification:

·       Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent military experience. Examples of equivalent experience include: some text
  • Leadership roles in logistics, operations, or project management within the military.
  • Advanced military training in acquisition, supply chain, or operations management.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in operational readiness, logistics, or process improvement.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required.‍

·       Military Experience:

• Experience in roles such as Operations Officer, Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Manager, or Program Manager.
• Familiarity with mission-critical operations, inventory management, or cybersecurity in secure environments is highly valued.

·       Skills and Attributes:

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to leadership.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

• Familiarity with defense industry compliance standards (e.g., NIST, DFARS).
• Interest in cybersecurity, cryptographic systems, or high-security operations.
• Experience working in industries requiring strict compliance, such as government, defense, or finance.
