Job Overview:
The Business Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the operational functions Across the business, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and efficiency in our processes. This position requires an organized individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Success:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with relevant departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions.
Operational Processes:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
Controls and Compliance:
- Monitor and review internal controls to ensure the integrity of business operations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to operational standards and policies.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance and compliance.
Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other business records.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and operational flow.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an operations or customer service role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and operational software is a plus.
