Who We Are
MPCH brings facilities, hardware, and policy under one governed system.
The Approach
Signing authority is a physical problem as much as a digital one. MPCH secures both — from the silicon where keys are generated to the facilities where they are stored and the policies that govern every operation.
Forward-Deployed
Threats evolve across physical, digital, and autonomous vectors simultaneously. MPCH invests in infrastructure that adapts — MPCH-operated facilities, air-gapped systems, and governance architectures designed for what comes next.
Our Answer
MPCH integrates physical hardware and cryptographic software into a single architecture — purpose-built secure facilities, hardware-backed signing, and software-defined governance, all under one operational umbrella.
Signing authority is the control point. We govern it.
Foundation
Founded in 2021, MPCH is a dual-use cryptographic infrastructure company. We built the physical and cryptographic foundation the crypto industry had skipped — hardened sites, key management, and a trustworthy cryptographic operating stack — then extended it into defense. Built for finance and battle-tested in defense, MPCH secures regulated blockchain ecosystems, institutional digital asset platforms, and national security environments. Backed by institutional investors including OAK HC/FT, RIT Capital Partners, Animoca, Liberty City Ventures, and Polygon.
Operations Today
As a founding infrastructure provider to Canton, MPCH runs roughly 25% of the Canton super validator network and is the only provider offering hot and cold key management at the ledger level — serving Visa, Broadridge, and the tier-one bank cohort onboarding to Canton behind DTCC. We build, harden, and manage dedicated secure sites and SOC operations for institutions, custodians, and defense clients. In late 2024 we spun up Ti22, our US defense subsidiary and a prime contractor to SOCOM through SOFWERX. Through ATLAS, MPCH's AI Authorization Control Plane, along with APEX and our rapid-prototype agentic security programs, we are extending that authority architecture into AI governance and into active cryptographic research against the quantum threat, in partnership with specialist labs.
